However, I have been using it for several months and according to my eye doctor, the one in my right eye has shrunk slightly. Why? Who knows. The one in my left is a moving cataract and so is better at some times and worse at other times. The cataract in my left eye was all one piece and now is two. Why? Who knows. Since cataracts are caused by free radicals, among other things, it is possible that these drops can help with that. Everyone says cataract surgery is quick and painless and while that is true, I would much rather try a few months of these drops and see if it makes a difference. She described it as a white curtain over her eye. After using these drops for 3 months the blurriness started to decrease. I'm sure at some point she will need a surgery but so far we've been able to keep her comfortable with her vision and she's been able to read and do her regular activities.
